“After all these years, I see that I was mistaken about Eve in the beginning; it is better to live outside the Garden with her than inside it without her.” - Adam, in Adam's Diary

It is better to live in the tumultuous world of constant surprises than live in the sanctuary blissful Garden of Eden if it means living with that one person you have chosen to share your life with. Marriage is not bliss, for that matter it is certainly better described as blissful torture.

Fairy tales don’t prepare us for the compromises one has to face after the “I do’s”, even our parent’s marriage fails to prepare us for the rollercoaster ride you embark on with that one person. You may ask why is it all worth it? Ultimately we need to share our life with someone so it all doesn’t go unnoticed.
